What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is any time from 15:00. Our Reception is open 24/7, so if you’re arriving late, just give us a call so we know you’re still coming. The day you’re leaving you’ll need to check out by 12:00.

Can I store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

If you arrive before 14:00, you can pop your bag in the free luggage room and head out and explore the city! You can do the same on the day you check out if you’re not leaving the city until later on.

Where can I store my luggage during my stay?

Once you’re checked in, there are free lockers available to use in the dorms. Bear in mind, though, these aren’t usually big enough for very large bags. If you can, bring a smaller backpack which you can use to put valuables in and lock away. Remember to bring a padlock, or you can buy one at Reception if you forget. There isn’t much hanging space when you’re staying in a hostel, especially in a dorm, so we’d always recommend packing clothes that don’t crease easily! Please try and be considerate to other guests too, and make sure that your own clothes don’t take over the whole room.

What’s an ensuite room?

A room that has its own bathroom. It means you don’t have to go outside your room to use the toilet or shower. Just be aware that if you have booked an ensuite dorm, you’ll share the bathroom with other guests staying in the dorm with you.

What’s a dorm room?

If you book a dorm room, you’ll be sleeping in a bunk bed and sharing your room with other travellers. Dorm rooms range in size from 4 bed to 8 bed dorms. Staying in a dorm is a great, budget friendly option and the best place to stay if you’re looking to meet new people and make friends.

What’s a private room?

A private room is a double or quadruple room that’s just for you, or for you and your friends. If you don’t fancy sharing with people you don’t know, this is the option for you! You can also make any dorm private by booking out all the beds in the room.

What about breakfast?

You can have breakfast from 08:00 to 11:00 at the bar.

Does the Hostel have a disabled access?

Yes. If you have any special requirements or need any help, get in touch with the reception.

Will my friends and I all be in the same room?

We do our very best to make sure you and your friends are all placed in the same room. In the unlikely event that we can’t put you all together, we’ll try to let you know before you arrive.

How do I make a group booking?

If you are more than 9 friends or you need more than 3 rooms, get in touch with our groups department. Please, note that our special group discounts will only be applied for bookings made via the e-mail: sales@koisihostelsevilla.com. We remember that we don’t accept bookings for stag hen parties.

Do you provide bed linen and towels?

A pillow, duvet and fresh bedding awaits you! Towels are provided in private rooms but you’ll need to bring your own or rent one from Reception for 3€ if you’re staying in a dorm.

Do you have any laundry facilities and how much are they?

Yes, there are self-serve laundry facilities. Washing is 3€ and drying 2€.

Are there hairdryers and adaptors in the rooms?

Afraid not! We do have a few you can borrow at Reception though. Just leave a deposit with us and you can take it up to your room.

Can I bring children under 16 years of age?

Children under 16 must be booked in private rooms or a whole dorm. Teenagers aged 16 and 17 can be booked into shared dorms as long as they’re with someone aged 18 or over.

Does the Hostel accept pets?

Sorry, you can’t bring pets, but they are more than welcome in the bar during opening hours (From 8:00 to 23:00)

How do I cancel or amend my reservation?

If you’ve booked directly at the hostel, you can contact us by mail or telephone. If you’ve booked by a channel you have to make it through the same channel where you have made the reservation.

Can I book if I don’t have a credit card?

No, sorry! You’ll need a credit or debit card to secure your booking. Although we can’t hold a booking without a card, our reservations team can let you know about availability. If there’s plenty of beds, it shouldn’t be a problem to just come along and pay with cash.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept cash, Mastercard and Visa card payments.

Can I get something delivered to the hostel?

Yes you can, but we recommend you let the hostel reception team know if you’re expecting a delivery. We don’t accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Can I bring guests that aren’t staying in the hostel?

Friends and family who live in the city or are staying at other hostels are welcome in the bar.

Where can I get info about the city?

The Koisi Hostel team is there to help you with finding your way around the city. They’ll also be happy to share their favorite local hot spots with you!

Do you have any special offers or discounts?

We have different offers running throughout the year. Just check out our social networks for more info. To make sure you’re getting the best rate, get in touch with us directly.

Can I just turn up to the hostel to book a bed/room?

For sure! But as it can get busy in the cities, especially in the summer, we’d suggest giving us a call to check availability.

Do you provide confirmation letters for embassies?

Nope, sorry! We don’t have the capacity to be able to handle these kinds of requests.
